For Attestation of Educational Certificate

2. Attach one recent passport size photograph
3. Bangladeshi educational certificate must have prior authentication done by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dhaka, Bangladesh);
4. Canadian education certificate must have prior authentication done by Global Affairs, Ottawa;
5. Copy of the Bangladeshi passport;
6. If the applicant desires to receive the service by mail, then a pre-paid express post envelope having a detailed address of the recipient must be submitted to the High Commission.

- The High Commission does not accept any cash or personal Cheque.
- Bangladesh High Commission accepts payment of consular fees by debit or credit cards at the consular counter of Bangladesh High Commission, Ottawa.
- Fees for consular services are also accepted by bank draft/money order/pay order/postal order made in-favour of "Bangladesh High Commission, Ottawa, Canada"
- Fees are non-refundable and rate is subject to change by authorities.
